Calaveras Bail Bonds provides licensed bail bond services in the state of California. All services are provided by a licensed California bail agent in compliance with California Insurance Code and applicable state law.

The bail bond premium is set by the California Department of Insurance at 10% of the total bail amount. This premium is non-refundable once the bond is posted. All fees and payment terms are disclosed prior to any agreement being signed.
